Sign in

Every company has its own Zyx, on a server the company owns. Your workspace is on that server, not on zyxworks.com, so this site has no sign-in of its own.

Open your workspace

1. Join your company’s private network. Your Zyx is reached through the company’s tailnet (Tailscale). Your company tells you how to join; it can tie the login to your Google or Microsoft work account.
2. Open your invite link. The owner sends you a personal invite from Settings, Company, Team. It opens your workspace in the browser and keeps you signed in on that device for a year.
3. Or sign in with your work account. When your company has turned on sign-in with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or another OpenID provider, you sign in with your work account. This works only when your work address is on the team.

Keep the address of your workspace as a bookmark. It is the same on the computer and on the phone.

When it does not open

• The page does not load. Check that you are on the company’s tailnet.
• The invite says it has ended. Ask the owner for a new one. An invite ends when the owner removes you from the team.
• You have no Zyx yet. Zyx is in a private beta and is set up for a company by ZyxWorks. Book a call.
