A library of ready-made skills.
A skill is a page of steps Zyx follows to do a job. As a pack for your department or industry, or one by one. In the 90 days we set up one process. The library shows what comes after.
Ready means: it is in the signed library and can be set up today. Anything that sends, publishes or makes a risky change asks first.
A pack sets up a whole department.
A pack is the skills of one department or industry, their routines and one helper. You see what will be added before it is, and you choose which routines run.
- One install
- Skills, routines and the helper arrive together. Nothing your folder already has is overwritten.
- One undo
- As long as you changed nothing in it, one click takes the whole pack out again.
- Your own packs
- Save a folder as a pack, export it as a file and load it on another server. A loaded pack is checked first, and its routines arrive paused.
Departments
Everyday
Everyone gets a private Inbox. A scan or phone photo gets a name and goes to the right folder after your yes, and a bill becomes a task with its due date. Plus a journal and a brain dump.
Bookkeeping prep
On Monday you know who still owes you money. Plus reminder drafts and every outgoing invoice checked before it leaves. No bank access needed.
Back office
Only the mail that needs you stays in the inbox, with drafts in your voice. Supplier invoices are filed and cancellation dates flagged.
Sales
A lead mail becomes a contact and a deal in the CRM, with one page for the first call and a quote from your template. Every follow-up mail goes out only after your yes.
Customer service
Each morning the oldest and the angriest requests are on top. A complaint gets a calm reply draft and an internal note.
Purchasing
Each week you see what to reorder, sorted by supplier. Offers sit side by side in one table, and the order is a draft.
Controlling
Each week you see how your balance runs over the next 13 weeks, from your own files. Every number names its source.
Strategy and management
At the start of the month the report on the last one is there, every line with its source. A decision gets two pages with options, cost and one proposal.
Show 18 more
Revenue
Each week you see which deals are stuck and what the next step is. Plus a forecast that says how it was worked out.
Reception
An appointment request becomes up to three free times and a reply draft. Visitors, parcels and call notes are in the day log.
Front office
Each Google review gets a short reply draft. After an appointment the request for a review goes out only after your yes.
Operations and dispatch
On Thursday next week's job schedule is ready: who goes where and what does not fit. Plus a job sheet per order and the loading list for tomorrow.
Project management
On Friday one page on all projects, with a traffic light and the decision that is yours. A customer's extra wishes are logged as change requests instead of getting lost.
Product management
On Monday one page of what customers said last week, by theme and with quotes. From it comes a one-page requirement.
Product and development
New issues are sorted by your team's own rules. After a release there are notes customers understand.
IT and administration
When someone joins or leaves, every account, licence and device is on one list. Each week you see which software you pay for and what renews.
Legal and contracts
A contract on two pages: term, notice, your duties with their dates. Dates from contracts and letters are on one weekly list. Not legal advice.
Compliance
A GDPR access request with the deadline logged and the answer as a draft. Plus findings on the legal notice, privacy notice and cookie banner of your site. Not legal advice.
Software check
Each month you see which trackers and outside services your website loads before and after the cookie banner, with evidence. Plus what a vendor's app sends, and your data from an old program as a table. Not legal advice.
Quality and occupational safety
Each week you see who is due for which safety briefing, by your own plan. A short note becomes a complete incident report.
Marketing
A newsletter draft from your Notion entries, a monthly report on your own site and copy that does not sound like AI. You post and send.
Media production
Subtitles, short clips and podcast material from your own recordings, for free. Product photos, videos and voice-overs through fal.ai, always first as a priced choice that starts with the free option. Every AI file is labelled.
Design
A brand file from what you already have, and every draft checked against it. Flyers, posters and business cards planned to print specs, as a draft for Canva or the print shop.
People
A job ad in wording the AGG allows, from a short brief. For a new colleague's first week, one page with plan, accounts and buddy.
Research
New public tenders that fit you, with the deadline. Plus funding for a named project and what competitors changed on their pages.
Finance
Needs a connection: bank
Waits for the bank connection. Until then: supplier invoices and the receipts for the tax advisor.
Industries
Trades
Your site visit notes become a measured sheet with its formulas and a calculation from your price list. On Monday you see which jobs are stuck.
Tax firm
Each week you see which client still owes which documents, with a reminder draft. Dates from new notices arrive as proposals a person confirms. No tax advice.
Property management
A damage report becomes a craftsman order and a reply to the tenant, both as drafts. The service charge statement is worked out again before it goes out.
Medical practice
Appointment requests are sorted, and replies come only from the practice's own texts. On Monday the recall list is there. Zyx answers no medical question.
Law firm
Every working day one sheet per lawyer with deadlines and resubmissions. A new matter comes with a conflict check against the firm's own list. Zyx calculates no deadline and assesses nothing.
Restaurant and hotel
A party enquiry becomes an offer from your own banquet file. On Thursday next week's roster is checked against your rules.
Care service
On Thursday next week's tour plan is checked: cover, qualification, time windows and rest times. Everything stays in the company folder.
Shop and online shop
On Monday two lists: slow sellers with the money tied up, and what to reorder. Product texts come from the supplier's data sheet.
Show 6 more
Architecture and engineering office
Your site meeting notes become numbered minutes with open points per trade. On Monday one page of everything overdue.
Consulting and agency
The note of a first call becomes a proposal draft with effort and price from your rate sheet. On Friday one status report per client project, as a draft.
Recruiting and staffing
Each application summarised against the written requirements of the role, with the passage quoted. No score, no ranking: you decide.
Events
The booking notes become the run sheet from set-up to tear-down. Every working day you see which booking still has no written confirmation.
Web agency
Local businesses with no good website, a route for the sell day and the follow-up mails after it. New sites and changes arrive as a preview, and nothing goes live before your yes.
Cleaning business
An enquiry becomes a quote, and the service records become an invoice draft. On weekdays the morning office brief is there early.
Just for you
My day
Each weekday at 7 one page for your phone: today's plan, who owes you money and whom to call. On Friday the weekly review with the money that came in.
Freelance money
An invoice for every sale, polite reminders when one is due, and each week one money page with your savings goal and the small-business limit. No bank access needed.
Job search
New roles that fit your CV every day, and each application filled up to the last step. You press submit yourself.
Every skill, one by one.
Sorted by department, each with the role it is made for.

Zyx writes its own skills. You approve them.
- Write a new skill
- From a description or a finished chat: a draft plus one test case, on one approval.
- Create a routine
- A time and a skill become a routine. You read the limits and approve.
- Create a script
- A check or a sync that runs without AI or model cost.
- Learn from mistakes
- A recorded mistake becomes a tested correction. You read the new version and approve.
- Cost watch
- Finds a job that cost far more than usual and names the cause.
Helpers with fixed limits.
A helper is a role with its own limits. Every pack brings its own: at most it drafts a mail and never sends one, it spends no money, and it asks before it writes into a connected app. These helpers come on top, for work across the company. You can change each one or add your own.
- Dream
- Looks over the whole week of work and finds the changes that would improve it the most. With evidence, you decide.
- Research
- Gathers facts with sources before anyone decides.
- Client Partner
- Prepares quotes, client replies, invoices and follow-ups.
- Editor
- Turns notes into short, clear text in German or English.
- Designer
- Reviews drafts and proposes designs.
- Builder
- Builds and changes websites and code, with a working preview.
A skill plus a time or event.
Morning brief, inbox sort, evening digest and weekly business digest come as ready-made routines, and every pack brings the routines of its department. Add from the gallery or describe one in chat. A routine runs on its own only after your explicit consent and while your server is on and online.
Your skill is missing?
We write it with you and test it against real cases from your company. Zyx does not rank applicants or staff.
